No. You pay a flat annual fee, set by the spend band you bring under governance — we don't take a cut of your cloud bill. Our fee does not rise when your AI usage rises during the contract. That keeps our economics independent from consumption: the goal is intentional, explainable investment within the financial plan — whether spend ultimately rises or falls. The fee is fixed for your band and reviewed only at renewal.
No. Seats are unlimited within your org. Financial control only works when everyone who owns a number can see it, so we don't price per user.
No. Your AI usage costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex and the rest) stay on your own cloud bill — we don't route them through us, mark them up, or hold them. Our pricing is the flat annual fee for your band.
Annual is standard, billed quarterly. Multi-year contracts get additional discount and a longer price-lock. Every contract includes a 90-day exit right if we miss our delivery commitments.
It means five things are agreed with you and running in the product: your AI initiatives are defined, each material initiative has a named owner, budgets and financial guardrails are set, forecasts run against those guardrails, and the exception and approval routing is live. It is the control model you and we agreed in scoping — not a claim that every financial risk is under control. The scope is written into the contract, so "live" is testable rather than a matter of opinion.
AI provider and cloud line items ingested into InstantViewAI for attribution, forecasting and financial guardrails. You choose what to bring in — sandboxes, internal tooling and non-production accounts can be excluded.
No, and it isn't priced as if it did. InstantViewAI is a financial control layer for Finance: forecast, ownership, guardrails, decisions and value. Your FinOps practice and your optimization tools make spend cheaper and more efficient; we make it predictable, owned and defensible. Most customers run both, and FinOps is usually the team that gets the most day-to-day use out of the platform — just not the team that buys it.
If your spend grows into the next band, we true it up at renewal — never mid-term. Your fee is fixed for your current band until then. Spend caps and notification thresholds can be set in the contract.
