About InstantViewAI

Built to give Finance confidence to scale AI.

AI is becoming a real investment category. Finance needs a way to support that growth without giving up the discipline expected of every other material P&L line.

InstantViewAI turns fragmented AI and cloud spend into one financial position: owned, forecastable, governed and connected to value.

Built on two decades of enterprise data and governed-decision experience.

That experience is the systems large organisations rely on to turn millions of raw rows into a number someone is willing to sign. AI and cloud spend is the hardest version of that problem we have met — resource-level billing at enormous volume, almost no business context attached, and a cost base that moves with adoption rather than the calendar. The tooling that existed came at it from the wrong end: FinOps optimizers built for engineers, or BI dashboards too generic to hold a budget. So we built the financial model first, and the product around it.

Why it matters now

As AI becomes a material and increasingly variable part of the P&L, Finance needs more than visibility. It needs a way to anticipate where spend is heading, establish accountability, govern decisions and connect investment to value.

Operating principle

Make AI and cloud spend behave like every other line in the P&L — predictable, owned, and auditable.

Approach

Treat finance as the customer. Build control — not just dashboards. Make every decision auditable by default.

Principles

How we build.

Finance first

A number has to be explainable before it is useful. Every feature is reviewed by a finance practitioner before it ships.

Evidence over theatre

We distinguish assumptions, measured outcomes and validated value — and say which one you are looking at.

Control without friction

Finance sees the few decisions that matter; teams keep moving. Everything inside its guardrail stays quiet.

Reliability by design

Financial infrastructure should be boring underneath so the business can move faster above it. How it's built and secured.

Team

The team behind the product.

Built from the financial model outward, with engineering, security, finance and design working as one product team — people who've spent their careers building exactly this kind of system for some of the largest organisations in Europe.

Engineering

The allocation engine, forecasting and audit trail — built on Go, Postgres and BigQuery by people who've shipped enterprise data systems for 20+ years.

Security

Multi-tenant isolation, read-only architecture and KMS envelope encryption — reviewed by a dedicated security specialist before procurement.

Finance

Every feature is signed off by a finance practitioner. If a CFO wouldn't trust the number, it doesn't ship.

Design

A control view a finance lead can read in seconds — shaped with a product designer, not bolted on after the fact.

How it's built & backed

Senior team. Direct access.

The core is architected and built by the founding team — people who understand the whole stack, not a hand-off chain. Around them is a bench of senior advisors and fractional specialists — in security, design and finance — who join by name during onboarding, security review and procurement. You get a senior team's judgement without a big vendor's layers between you and the people who built the product.

And it's deliberate that company size doesn't put your data at risk: the platform is read-only by architecture with a 90-day exit right — so InstantViewAI can't start, stop, or modify resources in your environment, and you're never locked in.

Want to meet the advisors who'd join your onboarding and security review? team@instantview.ai — usually back within one business day.
