A flat platform fee covers the system, your team, your data residency, and onboarding. A small variable part scales with the amount of cloud and AI spend you put under governance. No per-seat traps, and we never add a markup to your AI bill.
Two components. The platform fee covers everything that doesn't scale with spend — onboarding, support, the team, security, audit. The variable component scales with how much cloud and AI spend you bring under InstantViewAI's governance — and the rate decreases as the volume grows.
Covers onboarding, the platform, support, EU/US data residency, audit-log export, SSO, integrations, and ongoing customer success. The number you can plan against.
Typically well under 1% of the cloud and AI spend brought under governance — tiered so the rate goes down as your spend scales, and always capped per contract. The cap keeps your all-in number inside the plan ranges below — no surprise growth bill.
No feature gating on governance, forecasting, or audit trail — that wouldn't make sense for a cockpit. Tiers differ by spend band, integrations, residency options, and the level of support and SLAs.
Annual, paid quarterly · final number depends on the spend you bring under governance
Annual · platform fee + a small percentage of governed spend, tiered down at higher volume
Volume-tiered · always capped per contract — no surprise growth bills
Scale is spend-volume-tiered up to ~€150k. Enterprise replaces the variable component with a fixed annual contract starting around €150k.
The first cohort of customers gets discounted pricing protected through their first renewal — plus the direct Slack channel, named roadmap influence, and white-glove onboarding from the team that built the system.
Founding rates are honored through the end of your first subscription term, regardless of list-price changes.
Direct line to the founding team for support, roadmap input, and incident response.
Our team maps your org, builds your first reports, and sets up your governance model alongside yours.
If we haven't delivered the first attributed report by day 14 and full governance by day 60, you can exit with a pro-rated refund.
Fair question, and we'd rather answer it head-on. We charge a small percentage of the spend you bring under governance — not your waste, and not your bill going up. The rate falls as your governed spend grows, and it's capped per contract, so we don't quietly earn more when your cloud bill balloons. Our incentive is breadth of governance and renewal — which means helping you cut waste, not watching it grow. If it would make you more comfortable, we'll structure part of the fee against documented savings; just ask.
No. Seats are unlimited within your org. We don't believe in a per-seat tax on people who happen to need to see a chart — especially for a finance tool where adoption is the point.
No. Your AI usage costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex and the rest) stay on your own cloud bill — we don't route them through us, mark them up, or hold them. Our pricing is the platform fee plus the spend-volume part, end of story.
Annual is standard, billed quarterly. Multi-year contracts get additional discount and a longer price-lock. Launch-period terms include a 90-day exit clause if we miss our delivery commitments.
Cloud and AI provider line items ingested into InstantViewAI for attribution, forecasting and budget governance. You choose what to bring in — sandboxes, internal tooling and non-production accounts can be excluded.
True-up at renewal, not mid-contract. You're never surprised by a bill change mid-term. Spend caps and notification thresholds can be set in the contract.
